LyPinn is a hyper-local notice-board pinned to a map. You drop a small card (a request, a giveaway, an invite) and only people within a 3 km radius see it. It's not a social feed — there's no global timeline, no DMs, no follower count.

Yes — all features are 100% free for everyone right now while we validate the product. There are no ads. We'll introduce paid options later, but the current free tier (10 cards, 25 connect credits, 24h lifetime, 3 mystery cards/week) stays available.

Cards are only visible to people physically within roughly 3 km of where you dropped the pin. Move out of the radius and the card disappears from your feed. That's how we keep the noise hyper-local.

A GNote is a private message you leave at a specific location. The recipient sees nothing until they physically arrive within the unlock radius you choose (50 m, 250 m, 500 m or 1 km). Think of it as a treasure-map note dropped on a real place.

When a card interests you, you spend one connect credit to send a single reply to the poster. That's it — one reply, then the thread is quiet. We deliberately don't have DMs because back-and-forth threads burn out the people who post.

Email verification is mandatory. Verified users get a small green badge on their cards. We don't ask for ID, photos or phone numbers — your verified email is the only identity LyPinn needs.

Never. Your pin is shown rounded to ~150 m precision on the map. Recipients see the neighbourhood, not your front door.

Yes. Every card has a 'Report card', 'Report this user', and 'Block this user' option. Blocked users disappear from your feed forever — they can't see your cards either. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Each card auto-expires 24 hours after you drop it. Reminders can live longer. You can also delete a card manually anytime from My Cards.

You can use LyPinn on the web at lypinn.com for browsing, dropping cards and managing your profile. The iOS and Android apps add background notifications, location-based GNotes, and home-screen widgets. Both are free.

No — we removed it. The community focus is on neighbourhood activity, causes, events, gigs and quick swaps. There's a 'Cause' category for community/environmental/social initiatives.

A mystery card is a delight-mode card chosen from one of our curated presets (Environmentalist, Community Support, Change Maker, etc.). You get 3 mystery card drops per week on the free plan.
