CSAE Standards

Child Safety Standards

Effective June 2026.

LyPinn is a hyper-local social platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM / CSAE) and any other content, behavior, or contact that endangers minors. This page describes the standards we publish and enforce, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.

1. Minimum age

  • LyPinn is intended for users aged 18 and over. Account creation requires self-attestation of age 18+.
  • We do not market the app to minors and our app store listings target a Mature 18+ audience.
  • Accounts found to be operated by minors are removed on detection.

2. Prohibited content & conduct

The following are absolutely prohibited on LyPinn. Violation results in immediate account termination, content removal, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent national bodies.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including computer-generated imagery.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexually explicit communication directed at minors.
  • Sextortion, sexual coercion, or any non-consensual sexual content involving minors.
  • Sharing personal contact details of minors without verifiable parental consent.
  • Trafficking, exploitation, or any commercial activity involving minors.
  • Promoting, normalizing, or aestheticizing the sexual abuse of minors.

3. Detection & prevention

  • Hash-matching at upload — all uploaded images are scanned against industry-standard CSAM hash databases (PhotoDNA / NCMEC) before they are made visible to other users.
  • Text moderation — automated classifiers screen all card text and connect messages for grooming-pattern language, sexual content directed at minors, and known CSAE keywords. Flagged content is held for human review.
  • Identity signals — verified profiles (email + phone) reduce the ability of bad actors to operate disposable accounts.
  • Hyper-local scope — LyPinn cards are only visible within a 3 km radius and expire after 24 hours, limiting the surface area for predatory contact.
  • One-reply guard — connects allow exactly one reply, then go quiet. This eliminates the prolonged DM channel that grooming typically relies on.

4. Reporting & response

  • Every card, profile, and connect thread has an in-app Report action with a dedicated “Child safety” reason.
  • CSAE reports are triaged within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately, the originating account is permanently terminated, and the incident is reported to NCMEC (https://www.missingkids.org/cybertipline) and / or the relevant national child-safety authority in the user's country.
  • We preserve associated technical metadata (IP, device fingerprint, timestamps) as required by law and to assist law-enforcement investigations.

5. Education & transparency

  • Our Community Guidelines link to this page from every account creation and content-submission flow.
  • We publish an annual transparency note summarising the number of CSAE reports received, actioned, and escalated to authorities.
  • This standard is reviewed at least once every 12 months by LyPinn's Trust & Safety team.

6. Contact for child-safety concerns

If you believe a child is at imminent risk, contact your local emergency services first. For reports concerning LyPinn specifically, reach our Trust & Safety team:
